Has more stuff than I thought. I also learned that a lot of heat comes from the sides of the griddle and that I need to be careful about what I put on these areas of the shelves, such as: plastic bottles, infrared thermometers, cold beer, and plastic handles on utensils

Here quantity takes precedence over quality. Cleanup was easy and the only real concern I had before purchasing was how much water/oil would come out of the squeeze bottles

Missing part. The bottles are completely leak-proof and you don't have to worry about cooking oil leaking if they tip over while driving in the RV

Smaller than you think. If the zipper breaks or a hole appears, you can always use another bag

So many good things. They are made of average quality metal and have handles that are way too big for my average sized hands
