Fun I bought this for the grandkids and they love it. It's small so you can't put much in it but it's still fun. It's trial and error to find candy or toys that work but they had fun figuring out which ones work. I have kids ages 3 11 and they all have fun getting candy out of it.

This was THE HIT at an 8 year old's birthday party. We bought this claw machine for our niece's 8th birthday and it was THE HIT of the party. Forget all the other gifts she got. She and her friends wanted to play with it all afternoon. Just don't forget the D batteries and a few small toys and candy to put inside. The only complaint is that there is no volume control so you get pretty sick of the circus music even if the kids don't mind it at all. The quality seems good and I expect it will last a long time.

Fun part: take the time to read the instructions! My 11 year old son wanted a claw machine but we don't have the room for a professional one nor the money for one so we tried this one. I read a lot of reviews, good and bad, and thought we'd give it a try. At first it didn't work. The instructions weren't very clear so we looked on YouTube for help. The chain needed adjusting so we adjusted it after following a few quick steps and opening the lid of the machine and it worked! We didn't put too much in there as I also bought the plastic containers as per the description but they didn't fit. Still, the little toys have been perfect enough for hours of play so far.

My only complaint is that it only comes with 3 small plush toys. Considering the price, I feel it should have a little more than just 3 plush toys.

Addictive but LOUD. This is super fun and I'm sure my kids will love it on Christmas morning. I tried it out when it arrived to make sure it worked and couldn't stop playing with it. A few things to note: it is suuuper loud, the instructions say there should be a volume switch but there isn't. Quality tbd, not sure how long this thing lasts. After using it for a while it starts to smell a bit like burnt plastic. Also, it only runs on batteries, I believe some similar products let you plug it into the wall. And finally, 3 4 mini squishmallows make great prizes, you can't put any more than that or the claw won't have enough room to grab.

Fun, cute, and functional. My daughter loves it. I was impressed with the quality for the price. The claw is pretty strong, so it really does work like the claw machines of my youth in that it actually picks up the prize when placed correctly. A game of skill, not a mindless game! My only minor complaint is that I wish it wasn't battery operated.

Fun, fun, fun! My 7 year old grandson's absolute favorite Christmas toy. He plays with it every day!

Great fun, not too loud music and lights. This was an instant hit at my grandson's birthday party! Easy to use, not sure yet how quickly the batteries die and there is no rechargeable option. Great fun, he needed minimal instructions and we found fun little prizes to put in at GGIU. Never overfill, only about 1/3 full or there won't be enough room for the claw to do its job! Many have complained about loud music and the lack of an off switch or volume control, we didn't find it too loud or intrusive and it automatically stops at the end of each round. The music even speeds up as your round nears the end to let you know you need to hurry up. In my video the machine wobbles a little but that's because he was so excited he knocked one of the corners off the table. It's stable, cute, fun and after his birthday we have him do tasks to earn coins! Grandma is very happy with this purchase as she had so much fun with it!

fun little machine It doesn't feel like the most solidly built product in the world, although it holds up pretty well considering the price. It definitely feels 'cheap' when you move the claw, but it serves its purpose and my kids have had so much fun with this machine! We got it for Christmas 2023 and it has a volume control so we can turn the annoying carnival music completely OFF! I wish there was a better way to get the tokens out, since they are stored at the bottom of the machine and they all fall out when you take the cover off. I bought a few more as gifts because my girls like them so much!

Upsetting music will drive you crazy. This arrived today for my daughter so I don't know how long it will last. She loves it and has a lot of fun playing with it but it plays upsetting circus music that you can't turn off or turn down. I'm going to have to open it up and cut the speaker wire before we all end up in an institution… Edit: My husband cut the speaker wire and now my daughter can play with it as much as she wants, wherever she wants. Fun and great for parties. This is such a fun toy to have on hand for parties or play dates. My husband and I also play around with this claw machine from time to time. Our toddler can use it too, he likes putting the tokens in the machine and letting the music play rather than getting anything out. There are more than enough tokens included so you hardly notice if you lose any. The three levers can make it a little difficult for smaller children to get the hang of and the opening at the top is not very big which very limits the selection of things you can put in the machine if you don't just want to put candy in it. We mostly stuffed it with small figures and balls, during the holidays we use small stuffed ornaments. The music is a little annoying and we loved that there was an option to use the claw machine without music. This toy will keep any child entertained for more than 20 minutes at a time

If you succeed you cheer. If you fail it plays a taunting sound effect which is hilarious. There is a small opening at the top where you can throw small trinkets. There is a generous amount of coins included. When you unbox the coins are hidden under the machine in the compartment where the coins go. If you use up all the coins be careful when you get them out at the bottom. They FALL OUT! You need 3 D batteries which are not included. It can be loud and annoying to other people. I don't see any sound control. One problem is that sometimes the machine doesn't recognize the coin you put in. Just put in another one. I highly recommend this claw machine.

If the product fails the first time… This was a birthday present for my grandson that he unpacked last night and only used a couple of times. The Claw That Saved Christmas We had ordered a similar item that required assembly for our grandson. You have to unscrew about 10 screws to take the lid off and use it for the first time. We only leave 2 screws in for everyday use and that's enough.Also, when I put the batteries in and tried to turn it on, nothing happened. I noticed that you have to put a coin in the slot to turn it on, sometimes 2 coins.As for the volume, it's pretty loud. As a gift for my granddaughter, I bought the GGIU Claw Arcade Game Candy Dispenser for my granddaughter's 9th birthday. It is very cute and works well. But you can't turn the volume down or off. Also, I had to buy the candy and the small prize separately and batteries are not included, so I thought the price was a bit high and that's why I only gave it 4 stars.

Fun but loud This machine has a few design flaws, but you can get around them and make it work. The first issue I had was the plastic that was glued to the claw for shipping. That wouldn't be so bad, but the access hole is too small to put your fingers in. That little hole is also how you want to load in the items you want. I ended up removing the screws from the whole top so you can take it off, and I just put it back on top while using it. The access to the change slot doesn't seem to want to stay either. I didn't read the description carefully enough, and it uses D batteries, which is a hassle and expensive, but I'm sure that was in the info. I just didn't read it. I saw that the biggest complaint is that the music is outrageously loud, and I completely agree. So loud that I looked on YouTube for a video showing how to disable it. It was pretty easy, you just have to take the bottom off and cut the wires. It was pretty easy, you just have to take the bottom off and cut the wire that goes to the speaker. And while that is easy, it would be a lot easier if there was simply a control to turn it down or off like a lot of other toys in the world have. The light still flashes, and it gives you a signal when you're running out of time because the light starts flashing faster. Even without music, the claw itself is super loud. Despite all of those concerns, it was worth the price. My kids are having fun with it. And it will be great for birthday parties.

Reward System I bought this and use it as a reward system for our 3 and 5 year olds. When they make their bed as well as a child that age can and tidy up their toys, they get a coin and can go for a prize. They want to do chores now, which then makes me happy.

Fun claw machine for kids! Bought this for Christmas for my daughter who loves unicorns. This is her second one after her first one broke and it gets used so much! The only thing I would recommend if you hate loud and intrusive music is to hang a piece of fabric from the speaker and tape it up. This will muffle it a little so it's not as annoying!

Cute grapple game for home If you are looking for a cute game for smaller kids this is a good option. Your older kids might get bored after a few tries. The grapple works well and is easy to maneuver, it comes with 3 mini basketballs and some tokens. There are 3 joysticks, one moves the grapple left or right, another moves the grapple forward or backward. The last joystick moves the grapple up or down, when moved down it automatically opens and once moved up it starts to close. You have about a minute to grab what you can before the time runs out and the game turns itself off, you have to put in another token to try again. There is a switch for the sounds by the joysticks which is great because the music can get a little annoying after a few games so you can easily play without the sounds which is nice. The only real downside to this game is that you are very limited in what you can put in it. Anything that doesn't fit completely into the grabber won't be picked up, so it's best to get toys and candy that are the same size or smaller than the basketball. I plan on using this at a kids' party to hand out prizes. I'll probably use small clear balls and write the prize inside. I tried it with my 7 year old godson though and he loved it.

Great machine. The first one I got broke in transit. They quickly sent me a new one. They were quick and very friendly and fixed the problem.

Great fun for the kids! We played with this machine for hours. The included plush toys are pretty easy to grab, even for smaller kids. We had to experiment a bit with the candy. It worked fine with the miniature candies, but I had trouble with anything larger. My kid quickly figured out that you can just put the coin halfway in and pull it out and it will still turn on. This is actually a plus since you have to flip it over to get the coins out. Don't overcrowd it! The grippers need a bit of room to grab the candy and toys. We will also be setting it up at our son's birthday party. It's a huge hit with all 3 of our kids, and the adults had fun with it too. Our family highly recommends it!

Hours of fun This is a cute little machine. The coins that come with it are easy to lose but my kids have already found a way around the coins. They love throwing their own items into the machine. The batteries have lasted a very long time which I am happy and impressed with. Very nice little set

Cracked Wall We received this one with a crack. Since it was a Christmas gift, we were a little disappointed. The claw only picks up when there are very few items in it. It took us a while to figure this out. We would love to get another one without a crack, but not sure if we would.

Cute! My daughter loves it so far. We put mini candy bars inside. We want to experiment with more smaller toys that might be a little easier to pick up than the candy bars. She's having fun with it. Don't forget the batteries and items to fill it with.

decent game. It's fun, but not great. It's hard to win… just like the games at the arcade! It doesn't quite follow the same rules as the arcade, probably because the machine isn't constantly trying to take your chips and lure you into playing, but it's still a pretty close gaming experience for your little one to the arcade slots. It doesn't feel like the most stable machine, only time will tell.

Fun toy My grandson specifically asked for this toy. It works perfectly and he loves it. We also gave him small stuffed animals to play with. So far, so good.

Great toy for the right audience This is obviously a small version of a grasping game so I was expecting it to be smaller and less sturdy than a full sized machine but suitable for a child. It does. Yes, it is loud and you can't control the volume but it is tolerable. It is fun for a small child. The prizes included are nothing special but they are fun for a small child. The mechanism is not super precisely fine tuned but it is fun for a small child. It won't last forever but a small child will enjoy it. You get what I mean. Overall satisfied.

Good quality. My daughter has a lot of fun. I bought this for my 6 year old daughter and it is now her favorite gift. At first she was frustrated but now she is getting more used to it. Tons of fun, but my 5 year old has been obsessed with it since she got it for Christmas this morning. It takes three D batteries (not included) and when we first put the batteries in we weren't too thrilled with how plasticky it looked and felt. We don't expect this to be an heirloom or anything, we'll be lucky if it lasts a month.Oh man, even though it was endless fun today, this machine is LOUD! And there's no volume control, so say goodbye to sleeping in, mom and dad. You really don't need the coins to start the game. Super FUN! I bought this for my grandson's 8th birthday and it was a huge hit. The volume is loud, but after reading reviews about this issue, my husband and I opened up the bottom of the unit and installed a couple resistors in the line to the speaker. We're engineers, so we had these lying around: two 1/4W, 40 ohm parallel 20 ohm 1/2W. This reduced the volume to a comfortable, gentle level. Other people just cut the line to the speaker, but the music is fun so I didn't want to turn it off completely. It requires a little skill to operate, making it perfect for an 8 year old.

Nice but you need a volume control, it's too loud! I got this claw machine today, my kids love it. It looks very nice, you need 3 D batteries, then you just have to put candy and mini toys in the machine and it's ready to go. I really like it but you can't control the volume and it's really loud so the constant circus song drives me crazy…but my kids are really happy with this gift.

Works great but you have to test what works. We actually bought this to reward our kids with Halloween candy by earning coins to get a piece of candy. Unfortunately, all the candy we tried didn't work. We may experiment more but we stuck with the standard plush toys which work perfectly. We plan on ordering a refill kit for the plush toys and using them as party favors for guests at our daughter's upcoming 4th birthday.The Good: Super fun and really challenging. New items load easily. My almost 4 year old daughter can use it. She really likes it.The Bad/Neutral: The music is quite loud. The kids liked it though. The coins get stuck in the coin slot. I used some sandpaper to remove some excess plastic in the slot and it worked. All the candy we tried didn't work but we were in a rush so we poured in lots of different kinds. The slot to put in new prizes is small, I couldn't get the candy out myself without using tongs or unscrewing the lid. I had my daughter reach in with her hand.Conclusion:I'm taking off a star because there are quality control issues and the loud volume. I wish there was a mute function or volume control. I'm still giving it 4 stars because my kids love it. I'm not taking off another star because the instructions say to experiment with different candies, etc. because they may not all work. We haven't experimented further with other candies yet.

You can muffle the sound by putting something over the speaker. Other than that, the product is fine and cute. Super fun!! I wasn't sure about this one… I was half expecting to get a wobbly machine that would break within a week. So far so good. It's fun because I find odds and ends all over the house to throw in as "prizes". All the little random things my kid brings home or collects from coin machines or treasure chests at school… boom, claw machine prize. My kid has video called classmates to win prizes that he took to school with them the next day. It's just fun!! Honestly the build quality isn't bad either. The handle on the "claw" seems to grip/hold pretty well. I've put things with some weight in there to test. Good stuff!!

He loved filling it with candy and little toys and when he had friends over he would let them all take turns playing. This machine is very similar, plays fun fairground music and the claw machine is easy for little ones to maneuver. This machine is really cool for practicing hand eye coordination and visual motor integration in a fun way.
