Serious Issue: The backup camera cable is too short for the Kia Carnival and Kia Telluride, making the backup camera unusable. I have another set of cables in my truck that are long enough.

The installation process was relatively straightforward, but I have to say that hiding the cables was a real adventure. My advice is to lay out the cables, think carefully about where you want to connect them, and then install the camera.

The backup camera has a 20 foot cable. We mounted it just above the rearview mirror, just 6 inches from the main camera. Now we need to figure out where to hide the 20 foot cable.

Works great. 24 hour parking works great and all videos are clear. The backup camera has a very wide field of view and one day after installation I noticed it was recording part of the inside of my window. I asked how I could remove the camera so I could reposition it without damaging the new tint I had installed. They gave me some advice and offered to send me some tape to reattach it. Finally they sent me the entire backup camera kit for free. This is crazy because I was just expecting some heavy duty double sided tape and another square piece of something.

It does what it's supposed to do. I hope the parking mode on this camera had more time lapse options. The minimum time for parking mode is 12 hours. That will drain a car battery pretty quickly. I've experienced that before.

I like all the features of this camera, it is very easy to use and set up. What I don't like is that the rear camera port is not secure.

The video quality of this camera is very good, with clear views from the front and back. The menus are very intuitive. Easy to install. The cables are long, but there aren't many in the front and my car isn't big, so look around to see what you need. By the way, I bought the last one five years ago. Everything worked great, but I think the desert sun wore them out all day. Two of them recently broke down and required troubleshooting that couldn't be fixed. Both units were replaced without hesitation, even though the warranty was expired. This company stands by their products and has shown excellent customer service on numerous occasions. I would buy from them again.

bought this dash cam and have had a lot of issues with it. It turns on and off randomly. Sometimes it will show a yellow or blue screen and I have to unplug it and reset the time zone. I contacted customer service and after some troubleshooting they sent me a new one. The new dash cam is perfect! It won't turn on or off. My only complaint is the suction cup on the front dash. Now it keeps falling off in the cold and I have to reattach it.

Being a technician, the installation process was pretty straightforward, but the instructions weren't very easy to understand. I test drove the car and the image quality seemed good. If you have a hatchback, make sure there is some clearance in the back, otherwise the cable won't be long enough.

I emailed the seller multiple times and spent a week going back and forth trying to figure out what the problem was. The customer service was excellent. They did everything they could to diagnose the problem. They even offered to send me a new card with more storage. The dashcam is decent and the image quality is excellent. My only complaint so far is that it takes several steps to turn off parking mode. It should be just one click. I don't want to have to turn it on in the garage. You have to scroll through the menu to find it.

I was really looking forward to using this camera, but I didn't realize that my 2024 car doesn't have a cigarette lighter socket, so I couldn't turn the camera on. If you have a newer car, make sure it's plugged in before you buy it.

The camera is decent for the price. I didn't pay attention to it and noticed that the rear camera isn't weather sealed, which is disappointing. But for a compact camera, it's a nice feature.

The layout is great and I like how it connects to the app. The app isn't as user friendly as I would have liked, but it's bearable. If you're unsure about this camera, buy it. It gave me complete peace of mind and is very easy to use.

I bought two of these and had no problems. Easy to install and good quality.

The installation went very well on my Lexus. My only complaint was the limited instructions and the power cord not being long enough to reach the outlet. I wanted to mount it behind the passenger side mirror. The mount suggested a parking cable kit but the cable was too short to reach the fuse box so I mounted the camera on the driver side mirror which was no problem. I hope the cable length was specified in the product description. It was easy to install and use. I highly recommend this system.

I like how the front camera slides out of the mount when you need to remove it, but you can leave the suction cup on the glass. Great video.
