It should have enough power to jump start just about anything. The flashlight is also handy but not overly bright. The only downside I found to this jump starter is that it takes a long time to charge due to its size.

Plug in the cable, the green status light comes on, try to start the engine, if an error occurs, unplug the cable and plug it back in to reset. I was helping a neighbor tonight and it took 5 attempts to start his engine but the battery still said it was fully charged. The battery was actually dead because I couldn't even open the trunk of the car. I noticed the cable was a little hot from the voltage but the unit worked fine.

It does not fit engines with more than 4 cylinders. I returned it and received a refund as it was still under warranty even though the return date had passed.

My 7.3L diesel battery drains quickly, but this unit starts it without any problems. I must say though that it will need to be recharged after starting, as the battery drains when starting the car.

After receiving the package I plugged it into a USB port and it lasted a day on a full charge. I disconnected the truck battery and started the cold engine 4 times with just the battery and it still showed 3 bars after that. The engine turned over as fast as a regular battery. I just put it in the truck and charged it with the cigarette lighter, I guess this will help me when my regular battery dies.

It's small, handy, and works… but I only heard about it after about ten emails back and forth between me and the manufacturer about how to use it. The incomplete instructions are lacking and leave out more information than is actually included. The main drawbacks of the included box are: The lid has a luggage net that only holds the heavy mount and the power adapter. They don't stay in place. They fall off and are hard to put back in place, making it difficult to close the lid. There is no 12 volt outlet, so many devices can't be connected. The lack of a direct 110 volt charging outlet is a major drawback, as charging is only possible via USB. Both of these features can be retrofitted for very little money. Bottom line: it works, but the features are limited.

This is a beast for a F250 diesel pickup, your money is better spent on something like this, you have to charge it every year when you don't need it and it doesn't charge itself, most importantly it's worth the money, I've had it for 2 years

I have never owned a small amplifier like this before. I am a little surprised at how well it works. It was able to run on 2 dead batteries and when I say dead I mean dead. I also use it with a 12 volt compressor to inflate tires. No problem running the compressor and inflating tires in the middle of nowhere. Great product.

This little device really works! I bought it because my Lexus starter was broken and my car battery didn't have enough charge to start it. Connect this little red monster to the positive terminal of the battery and the black terminal to an unpainted metal part connected to the ground of the car and the car starts quickly. Somehow my car works fine now, but I still keep this ugly device in the car just in case.
