I had an issue with the hardwire kit not turning off when the extra cable was connected to the extra fuse. After a few days of contacting support via email, my camera started working again. The support staff was very friendly and helpful.

It took me about an hour to take the truck apart and connect the wires. I used the extra backup camera and it worked great. It connected instantly to the app on my phone and I set it to turn off the screen after 60 seconds. It hides nicely behind the rear view mirror.

It works great and is great for capturing pranks, accidents, and dangerous situations on video. The video quality is great, but the user experience takes a bit of practice. Sometimes I find it easier to eject the SD card. Installation is easy, but hiding the cables can be tricky for some. I was able to mount it behind my rearview mirror, out of my line of sight.

This is great, but I didn't know I had to buy a card for the dash cam.

Good value for the money…has good features and settings…Overall good value for the money…still need to learn all the features and settings but works great out of the box.

Most cheap camera stands fall apart or start to wobble after a while. I've had this stand for two years now and I can say that it still works as well as the day I started using it. I highly recommend this stand!

This dashcam works great and has come in handy many times since I bought it, whether it's for overtaking other cars or spotting interesting wildlife. It does everything I need it to do on a road trip. It's also very easy to use and the quality of the camera is better than I expected which is a plus. It sticks well to the windscreen and hasn't fallen off since I installed it. The only thing I hope is that it has an SD memory card. I don't understand why this camera doesn't come with a memory card but I guess it should.

Once installed, you simply plug it into your car's USB port, and when you turn on your car, it automatically turns on and starts recording. There is no additional maintenance during or after installation. I'm happy to know that every time I need to record, I just take out the SD card, put it in the computer, and slide it in and out, and it works. I've been using it for over 2 years and have never had any issues.

We bought our first camera because we drive a large camper and have more adventurous drivers. We drive below the speed limit but people drive without looking at the road, change lanes when there is no space, etc. I was convinced that the accident we had was the other driver's fault. Two years later, we decided to buy a second camera for our car because we have observed the same behavior on the road. Customer service helped me fix the problem. 14 months after purchase the problem reappeared and I contacted customer service and did everything they could to fix it but the camera still does not work. Customer service sent me a replacement part for free. That is what I call product support. The camera is used daily.

bought two of these and they work great and hold up to the Arizona heat. One of them had a problem updating the vehicle speed, not a big deal but when I called customer service they took care of it right away and fixed it quickly. I was very impressed with the camera and the customer service.

I've had this camera for a few months now and have caught some crazy drivers with it. The video quality is pretty good, but it takes a long time to download in order to watch it or save it to my phone. You have to park outside in a spot with wifi when you park, or take the camera home and plug it in. If there is an easier way or a way to speed up the download, please let me know. Thanks!

The video quality is very good. The app works well. I prefer the Bluetooth connection over the WiFi connection the camera uses. But it's a minor issue for an otherwise excellent camera. I know it's an older generation product, but it still lives up to expectations.

Unfortunately the cam guide on the mount was broken so it wouldn't fit. The camera was replaced immediately. The camera itself is excellent.

It works, but you have to buy a memory card to use it. Otherwise, it's useless! Also, the field of view is very narrow. It can't capture anything beyond the car's fenders. There is no setting to widen the field of view. You can change the video resolution, but not the recording area. I like that it turns on and off automatically when the car starts and stops. But be careful, it will drain the car battery if you leave the car's charging port active when the car is off. Overall, it's not bad, but not great.

It was hard to see anything on the screen when the camera was facing forward, but I solved this problem by connecting it to my phone via WiFi.

The picture quality is good and the sync with the phone is good. It is a little difficult to find the files you want to watch on the phone, but overall it is good. The menus are not too difficult to navigate.

This dash cam comes with a great easy to understand user manual. I have bought cheap Chinese dash cams and if you don't understand the manual or try the playback mode you may have nothing to show the police after an accident. Don't be lulled into a false sense of security! Other dash cams may have 3 cameras but most only record one. This camera comes with GPS to record speed and location in case you need to go to court. I really like the swivel mount and easy removal of the camera as well as the suction cup that sticks to the windshield. Yes I like the suction cup mount so I can attach it to another car. I haven't tried the night vision feature yet which is why I only gave it 4 stars for the night vision feature but overall this is a great camera!

I use it in my car. Everything works great, except I don't care about WiFi settings, so I don't use WiFi and don't need it.

I bought this camera to upgrade my old dash cam. I really like the picture quality, it is clear and sharp. When I play the video and watch it on my desktop computer, my speed, date and time, and GPS coordinates are displayed in the bottom corner of the screen. I have not used it at night, so I cannot comment on its night vision.

If you can get it for under 100, buy it. It's worth it. I saw it on sale and bought two. We have one for each car. So far they work great.

purchased this dash cam a few years ago. In the state I live in, it is illegal to mount it on the windshield. It must be placed on the dashboard. To mount it on the dashboard, the camera must be mounted upside down. The camera works fine, but I think I need to purchase another dash cam that is designed to mount on the dashboard. I contacted customer service and Alphie was very helpful. I can keep my dash cam without having to spend more money to legally install it!

I love my camera. I just installed it and it was working great but all of a sudden the app stopped working and I can't see anything. The only thing I don't like is that if you have any problems you can't talk to anyone in real time, only by text or email which is the worst! I still can't figure it out and I don't know what to do!

This camera has a clear view and automatically saves video when an accident is detected. The only thing that confused me was that the video files were saved in a different directory, but the tech support person helped me find the video later. Do you have video evidence? It's easy to miss all sorts of details, and it's worth spending a few bucks on a camera like this.

However, you have to buy the memory cards separately, which adds to the price. My only complaint is that I hope I could use the mounting points to mount the camera in two directions instead of just one.

bought this camera for our new car in 2023. My wife was picking up her parents from the airport today. She entered an intersection and her light turned green. Another driver ran a red light and passed her. The car was a total loss. The airbag deployed and her car passed a car in the side lane and she walked away fine. The driver insisted the light was green and my wife was at fault. The driver behind my wife was not involved in the accident and told the police the other driver was 100% at fault. I grabbed my wife and the dash cam and pulled up the video and you can see everything. She emailed the video to the person responsible and he replied "Wow, great video, you got your money's worth today".

I didn't like that this camera doesn't come with a graphics card, I have to buy it separately. There is no mention that the camera doesn't come with a graphics card.

have tried several dash cams, but this one is definitely my favorite. It is very good quality and has excellent night vision. I have had to replace the suction cup several times because it fell off the windshield, but the fishing line attached to the rearview mirror keeps it from falling off again. It has been working for almost two years and still works as well as the first day.

I purchased this camera in the fall. On a cold January day with 12 degrees and snow, the windshield mount was loose and the camera wouldn't stay in place.

The only settings I changed were entering the date and time and setting the camera screen saver to turn off after one minute. This camera is very high quality. I had a small problem when turning on the camera. It would turn on and then freeze until I selected "Normal Camera Operation" in the menu. When I contacted customer service, they responded within an hour or two and fixed the problem immediately. Now the camera turns on without any further action. Excellent customer service.

The description says it has a backup battery, but it doesn't. The built in battery lasts about 5 minutes. Other than that, it's a decent dash cam. You'll need to mount it securely to your car though.

I noticed that the WiFi was intermittent. Turning off the voice feature helped prevent these interruptions. I like this device and recommend it.

I had to buy the "hardwired" mounting kit to turn it on and off with the vehicle since my truck is always plugged in and therefore the camera is always on. I have had no issues with it since the on/off switch is conveniently located.

Good product. I found a trick. Some cigarette lighters are always on and if you can't stand the dash cam running on battery all the time, you have to turn it off manually. However, I found that some cars, like my Ford, automatically turn off the cigarette lighter 30 minutes after the car is turned off, so I always leave the dash cam on. Also, the font of the manual is a bit small, which makes it easier to read the manual online.

This camera is awesome. I have it mounted on my semi. I live here or close by so I never have to drive more than 4 5 hours round trip. But you'd be surprised how much I see every day so if I can save one life, prove my innocence or at least vouch for someone else with video evidence it's well worth it. The only downside is that it connects directly to your phone via wifi through the app. On my phone this means I can't call or text anymore. But it's not a big deal. I only connect to the camera when I need to record video which is rare.

The quality is very good. Out of 15 cameras this is the best. It can record continuously or almost continuously in 10 minute increments. It has other features but these features and the recording quality are the reasons I recommend it.

It does its job, I haven't used it yet, but just in case: it's really good.

Small and easy to install and setup. Works great. I had an older camera of the same model and my phone's wifi stopped working. This company was easy to contact and they sent me a software update that got the wifi working properly again. I am very happy with both cameras and the follow up support from this company.

love my Rove camera. I had a small issue with the mount but customer service fixed it within a few days. Customer service is very fast and courteous. They want you to be happy with their product! I will be purchasing another one for my husband's car!

There was a problem with the camera or I suspected the card had damaged the camera and Rove responded quickly to my emails. They replaced both parts immediately after I sent them some basic information. The whole process was very easy and the replacement parts were very good.

purchased on feb 22nd. I take it out of my work car everyday so it doesn't overheat. I put a bracket on the mirror so I can remove it easily and then use suction cups to attach it to other objects. My only complaint is that the sliding connection broke after 2 years. But customer service was great and sent me a new one for free.

Great camera and video. I bought this camera and installed it on my car on Saturday. On my way to work on Monday I saw the red light was being filmed by the camera. I downloaded the video and showed it to the police and the poor guy who had the front of his truck ripped off.

If something happens to me while I'm driving, I can rest assured knowing that I filmed my journey.

needed to replace a broken dash cam and this is a great camera with all the features I needed. It was also much easier to "program" than my previous unit.

This way I don't have to move the whole camera to adjust the shot.
