I had an issue with the hardwire kit not turning off when the extra cable was connected to the extra fuse. After a few days of contacting support via email, my camera started working again. The support staff was very friendly and helpful.

It took me about an hour to take the truck apart and connect the wires. I used the extra backup camera and it worked great. It connected instantly to the app on my phone and I set it to turn off the screen after 60 seconds. It hides nicely behind the rear view mirror.

It works great and is great for capturing pranks, accidents, and dangerous situations on video. The video quality is great, but the user experience takes a bit of practice. Sometimes I find it easier to eject the SD card. Installation is easy, but hiding the cables can be tricky for some. I was able to mount it behind my rearview mirror, out of my line of sight.

This is great, but I didn't know I had to buy a card for the dash cam.

Good value for the money…has good features and settings…Overall good value for the money…still need to learn all the features and settings but works great out of the box.

Most cheap camera stands fall apart or start to wobble after a while. I've had this stand for two years now and I can say that it still works as well as the day I started using it. I highly recommend this stand!

This dashcam works great and has come in handy many times since I bought it, whether it's for overtaking other cars or spotting interesting wildlife. It does everything I need it to do on a road trip. It's also very easy to use and the quality of the camera is better than I expected which is a plus. It sticks well to the windscreen and hasn't fallen off since I installed it. The only thing I hope is that it has an SD memory card. I don't understand why this camera doesn't come with a memory card but I guess it should.

After more than a year of use, no problems have been noted.

I had this device for about ten months and everything was fine. Then I noticed that the image on the small screen of the device was gone, but the recording was still there. Customer service sent me a very unusual message and they replaced the device immediately. No problems and the staff was very friendly.

wanted a dash cam so I wouldn't have to fiddle with it every time I drove, and this is exactly what I needed. Once installed, you simply plug it into your car's USB port, and when you turn on your car, it automatically turns on and starts recording. There is no additional maintenance during or after installation. I'm happy to know that every time I need to record, I just take out the SD card, put it in the computer, and slide it in and out, and it works. I've been using it for over 2 years and have never had any issues.

We bought our first camera because we drive a large camper and have more adventurous drivers. We drive below the speed limit but people drive without looking at the road, change lanes when there is no space, etc. I was convinced that the accident we had was the other driver's fault. Two years later, we decided to buy a second camera for our car because we have observed the same behavior on the road. I hope I never find myself in a situation where I need video to protect myself, but if it does happen, we will be prepared.

had the camera for 11 months and the screen went black. Customer service helped me fix the problem. 14 months after purchase the problem reappeared and I contacted customer service and did everything they could to fix it but the camera still does not work. Customer service sent me a replacement part for free. That is what I call product support. The camera is used daily.

I have 8 dashcams installed in my car and my family's cars. They are all high resolution cameras and the technical support is very fast.

bought two of these and they work great and hold up to the Arizona heat. One of them had a problem updating the vehicle speed, not a big deal but when I called customer service they took care of it right away and fixed it quickly. I was very impressed with the camera and the customer service.

I've had this camera for a few months now and have caught some crazy drivers with it. The video quality is pretty good, but it takes a long time to download in order to watch it or save it to my phone. You have to park outside in a spot with wifi when you park, or take the camera home and plug it in. If there is an easier way or a way to speed up the download, please let me know. Thanks!

The video quality is very good. The app works well. I prefer the Bluetooth connection over the WiFi connection the camera uses. But it's a minor issue for an otherwise excellent camera. I know it's an older generation product, but it still lives up to expectations.

Overall I like the value for the price. So glad I found an American product. It takes some getting used to. Easy to install. The hardware kit is also simple. I didn't realize that the parking mode only activates when the car is moving, not when something moves around the car. For example, when someone is driving around it. Overall, a great product!

This is an affordable dash cam with excellent video quality. You will not be disappointed with this camera.

Unfortunately the cam guide on the mount was broken so it wouldn't fit. The camera was replaced immediately. The camera itself is excellent.

As this is a big production, I don't speak Spanish.

It works, but you have to buy a memory card to use it. Otherwise, it's useless! Also, the field of view is very narrow. It can't capture anything beyond the car's fenders. There is no setting to widen the field of view. You can change the video resolution, but not the recording area. I like that it turns on and off automatically when the car starts and stops. But be careful, it will drain the car battery if you leave the car's charging port active when the car is off. Overall, it's not bad, but not great.

I was so impressed with the quality of the first two that I had to buy another one for my car. Easy to install, simple setup and the picture quality is excellent.

It was hard to see anything on the screen when the camera was facing forward, but I solved this problem by connecting it to my phone via WiFi.

The picture quality is good and the sync with the phone is good. It is a little difficult to find the files you want to watch on the phone, but overall it is good. The menus are not too difficult to navigate.

This dash cam comes with a great easy to understand user manual. I have bought cheap Chinese dash cams and if you don't understand the manual or try the playback mode you may have nothing to show the police after an accident. Don't be lulled into a false sense of security! Other dash cams may have 3 cameras but most only record one. This camera comes with GPS to record speed and location in case you need to go to court. I really like the swivel mount and easy removal of the camera as well as the suction cup that sticks to the windshield. Yes I like the suction cup mount so I can attach it to another car. I haven't tried the night vision feature yet which is why I only gave it 4 stars for the night vision feature but overall this is a great camera!

I use it in my car. Everything works great, except I don't care about WiFi settings, so I don't use WiFi and don't need it.

I bought this camera to upgrade my old dash cam. I really like the picture quality, it is clear and sharp. When I play the video and watch it on my desktop computer, my speed, date and time, and GPS coordinates are displayed in the bottom corner of the screen. I have not used it at night, so I cannot comment on its night vision.

If you can get it for under 100, buy it. It's worth it. I saw it on sale and bought two. We have one for each car. So far they work great.

Two years ago my husband and I were in a car accident and since there were no witnesses no one was convicted. The cable is long, easy to hide and the functionality of this dash cam is fantastic. I now recommend it to everyone in my family.

I replaced an old dash cam with a new one that had some issues. The new camera has a much clearer display and was quick to install since I kept the old mounting tabs. All I had to do was rewire and attach the new cable.

The camera itself is excellent, the pictures are clear, it boots up quickly and has great accessories. This is the second camera I have owned, the first one I had for a few years and worked great. I had an issue with the camera not formatting the SD card, but after contacting support which the camera itself instructed us to do they quickly sent out a replacement unit that works great. I hope all their tech and customer service has been as good when there is a problem.

In today's world, this is a must have. I bought a kit to hook it up so it turns on when I start my truck. With all the insurance scams that are going on, I'm glad to know that if I need it, I have proof besides words. Works well, has wifi, the suction cup is a little weird but for the price it's not bad.

Easy to install and works great. The manual could be bigger though, with larger fonts. The image of the camera icon button is too small to be clearly visible. Even with a magnifying glass, my 16 year old neighbor was able to make out some of the text in the icon description.

purchased this dash cam a few years ago. In the state I live in, it is illegal to mount it on the windshield. It must be placed on the dashboard. To mount it on the dashboard, the camera must be mounted upside down. The camera works fine, but I think I need to purchase another dash cam that is designed to mount on the dashboard. I contacted customer service and Alphie was very helpful. I can keep my dash cam without having to spend more money to legally install it!

I bought this camera for my oldest daughter as a Christmas gift over a year ago and not only does it work perfectly, I couldn't ask for a better dash cam. It's crystal clear and the ability to download/save videos is very helpful, especially when I'm recording something important and presenting it as evidence to the authorities. She's shared several videos with me and it's the best thing I've ever had. I'm going to buy one soon.

I love my camera. I just installed it and it was working great but all of a sudden the app stopped working and I can't see anything. The only thing I don't like is that if you have any problems you can't talk to anyone in real time, only by text or email which is the worst! I still can't figure it out and I don't know what to do!

This camera has great resolution and works as described. I love recording events while I drive. After a while the camera mount broke and Rove replaced it for me. Customer service was excellent.

ordered my camera in February. About a month ago I started having trouble turning it off and on again. I contacted Rove customer service and explained the problem. They sent me instructions to help me diagnose the problem. I followed the steps and found out that the problem was with the USB port that the car was plugged into. I have a dash cam installed on my truck and the audio, video and GPS are consistent, whereas the video on other trucks is about 20 seconds behind the audio and GPS. I recommend it!

As you can see in the video, things can still go wrong, but this time I had it with me, so drive carefully, wait a few seconds after the green light and always have one with you. bought this for my brother as a gift for his car but I don't think he ever used it.

At first I was hesitant to buy it. The camera is fully functional, easy to use, and can withstand the Alabama sun shining through the truck windows. I had a little trouble installing the camera on my new vehicle, and the tech support staff was very responsive to my requests for help, even after hours and on weekends. That kind of support is hard to find these days.
