Items are smaller than they appear! This tree is much smaller/thinner than it appears online and the leaves are sparser than they look. The tree itself is painted brown and looks kind of cheap. That said, my father in law loves the lights and it holds up to wind and rain on the patio. I wouldn't pay more than 50 for what we got, though.

Also, the ends of the branches were bent to make the tree fit in the box. Each branch had to be bent straight. In the evenings, it is difficult to see the entire length of the branches. So pretty. These little trees are so cute. You have to twist the ends up to keep the decorations on, but in reality it's not that noticeable. You can see it better in the picture. I decorated two of these for Easter. One is in my living room and is so pretty when it's all lit up. Another is on my dining room table with a bunch of little stuffed animals on it. I placed it behind a bunny in a wreath. The seller packaged it very well and I received it on time.

Very cool! I ordered two of these. One 7 foot and one with the two trees 4 and 6 foot. The quality is really good overall. I had to return the smaller one because some of the lights on the leaves weren't working but other than that these are fantastic. The leaves are full and bushy and the base is solid. This tree is staying. It came with stakes but we have it on our porch so it is protected from the wind and rain.

Christmas tree replacement! I bought the 7' and the 5' to assemble as a Christmas tree replacement. They came very well packaged and were easy to assemble. There are hooks included to secure the very solid base into the ground, but we just screwed them into a wooden base since we were using it indoors.

Sturdy and bright palm tree. This was purchased to replace an old metal palm tree with fairy lights that we were reluctant to put up every Christmas. This palm tree exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of assembly. The only problem is that one of the small lights wrapped around the trunk doesn't work. We attached the lights to the bottom of the trunk with a small piece of insulation tape as other reviewers had suggested. We've had quite a bit of rain and wind since the tree has been outside and so far there have been no issues. It has a sturdy metal base and comes with metal stakes to secure the base to the ground.

subtle yet moody light! It's quite a pretty light, but it does use up batteries pretty quickly. Also, I wouldn't put it in a high traffic area of your home/office. The base of the light would need to be a bit heavier. It slips too easily at the slightest touch. However, this isn't a problem if you put it on a nice side table that is out of reach of pedestrians and curious pets! It emits a dim yet relaxing subtle light that perfectly matches the atmosphere of a particular room. It's not the best light for reading. It's more for decoration and mood. I'm certainly happy with mine, aside from the issues I've raised. The main issue is how quickly it uses up the 3 AA batteries it requires. For the price, it's a solid buy!

The tree is beautiful because the base that came with it doesn't hold up in the wind. The tree is beautiful and the lights are the perfect brightness. Unfortunately, on the first windy day, the tree broke off from the base. More specifically, the metal cracked over all 4 spot welds that hold the metal tube of the lower tree section to the base. I solved the problem by building a new base out of an 18" long 1/2" black iron pipe that I slid into the metal tube of the tree, then attached this to a 1/2" black iron pipe flange. This flange was then welded to 4 legs made of 2" angle iron, each 15" long. The base is then held in place with 2 sandbags.

Perfect for our Florida Christmas. Item arrived quickly. The 7' tree was the perfect size for our living room. Easy to assemble. The trunk feels like a large pool noodle wrapped in thin plastic. I don't like it, it would be very durable if small children or pets grabbed it. Sharp nails would definitely rip the packaging. We wrapped the trunk with gold tinsel garland which looks very festive. The top of the tree has bendable branches to attach lightweight ornaments and candy canes to. Overall I would buy it again and recommend it to my friends.

Holidays in South Florida more… Our grandchildren came to visit us in South Florida for the Christmas season, so instead of a traditional Christmas tree, I ordered this palm tree with lights. It was easy to put up. Much easier than I expected, actually. I built a base for it to make it more stable. My wife put a bronze garland and some Christmas decorations on it and the grandchildren loved it. When the Christmas season was over, we took the decorations down but left the garland on and lit it up when we had visitors or just wanted to lighten the mood. We really like it.

They are perfect, a little less expensive to make than expected but… We recently ordered and received the palm trees to add that little extra something to our just finished pool area. They are perfect, a little less expensive to make than expected but for the price and convenience they are definitely worth the money. They come in two pieces, the bottom of the trunk has palm trees with lights attached and the top of the trunk has palm trees with lights attached. The string lights for the bottom are something you have to wrap yourself after assembly which takes a full 2 minutes to do both jobs. The trunks are wrapped with something that looks like brown electrical tape and feels very squishy but works well outdoors where ours stay. I only gave them 4 out of 5 stars because we have had them for less than a week and haven't really had a chance to use them and see how the lights hold up. I would also like to add that we had severe 40 mph storms yesterday and the trees held up to the wind. I sat anxiously at work praying that everything we had outside would stay where it was, including the trees of course, and when we got home they were still there as if nothing had happened. They have sturdy metal bases that you screw to the bottom and then clip in place. I was really impressed. The only thing we had to do was "fluff up" the palm trees.

can't stand how cute this is! I bought it with slight hesitation because these things always look cheap. I took a chance because I wanted to use it to complete my summer decoration. The price was reasonable and it didn't look bad in the pictures. It came a day late but that sometimes happens with shipping. When unpacking it was weird and mushy, later I found out it was for the "real" effect of the tree. The palm tree lights are well attached to the leaves but the trunk lights need to be attached. There is no way to attach them so I just put a small piece of tape on the bottom, not a big deal for me. It comes in 2 pieces and it takes about 5 seconds to assemble. The base keeps the tree stable which is good for indoor use but for outdoor use I would recommend better stakes, the ones that come with it are not very big so I don't think it would hold up to the wind. Overall 100% recommended!

Beautiful tree. This is a beautiful lighted tree. Batteries fit in the base. Has a timer mode. Only complaint is that I wish there were more little pieces on each branch to hold an ornament to. These are straight branches with few places to keep an ornament from sliding down to the trunk or sliding off the end of the branch. They are bendable, but it looks unnatural to bend them in a way that would hold the ornament. I got it to work, but the design could certainly be improved.

Fun for a Hawaiian themed party. This was pretty easy to put together and lights up quite nicely. The cord is long enough to use on a back deck. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the leaves/branches. In the picture they look very full, like a real palm tree, but that's not the case at all. Even after fanning them out, they're probably about half as wide and full as they are in the picture. Other than that, it worked for the Hawaiian themed party I hosted.

Great addition to your garden or living room. Love the ambiance and mood but it could be made of better materials. I taped the trunk lights down where they stopped and had to reposition the tape. When I pulled the tape up ever so carefully the very thin elastic band wrapped around the tree trunk ripped loose. I paid 119 for that they could have at least used a better material instead of covering a styrofoam trunk with tape. That being said I still love how it makes us feel in these crazy times.

Housewarming gift for a new house. The lights were a little more yellow on the white lamp than I expected, but the recipient thought it was perfect. Personally, I would have preferred the bright white on white and given the option to return it. They liked it.

Surprised by the quality. This tree looks great brightening up my grandmother's room and is the perfect size. It was easy to unfold the branches, spread them out and then decorate it. She wanted something pretty to put butterflies on and when the tree is lit up it looks great! I plugged it into the TV's USB port so it comes on when she turns the TV on. Otherwise it is USB charged or battery operated. I would buy it again.

Meets my needs for now. I didn't buy the lights so can't say if I hooked them up. It meets my needs, garden decoration. Not a $70 value but "supply and demand"! The trunk is just wrapped in brown tape, I doubt this will last long outside!

I have 2 on my patio and wind/storms have ripped off most of the lit leaves. They always light up and when the snow melts I hope to be able to fix both of them. Seriously, it's 8 degrees here and these are buried under snow but they both still light up!

Beautiful tree! I've wanted one of these for a long time. I'm glad we finally got it! I actually bought it specifically to use as an indoor Christmas tree. It turned out perfect. It was super easy to put together and didn't take long. We hung some super light ornaments on the leaves and it was good. After Christmas we liked it so much we decided to keep it up all year. We got tons of compliments! Doesn't look cheap.

There was no adapter included and it's a very special design. I really wanted to get it for this weekend. After this review I received an adapter 2 days later. I love this tree, it's perfect next to our hot tub. But now after 5 months it doesn't work and I can't find a separate adapter to buy.

I love this little tree… I used this tree to create a winter forest on my entryway table for Christmas. It was beautiful with the pine trees and candles around it. I haven't been this happy with a purchase in a long time. I plan to use it for all seasons and holidays. In between, I'll just hang my family photos in crystal frames around this little tree. I highly recommend it!

Assembly was easy, lights are bright. Mine was missing parts. The seller sent me the parts I needed. Assembly was easy, lights are bright but not too bright. Be careful with the trunk lights. The wire can break easily. Also be careful when tightening the Allen screws. I broke one and the trunk moves.

Cute little decorative tree but mediocre battery life. I was looking for an inexpensive accent tree to use as an Easter egg tree for the holidays, so I wasn't looking for anything fancy. This one fit the bill. It's clearly "not real" but doesn't look so "fake" that it would be distracting. I was able to hang 46 ornaments on it, making it look full without the tree being too crowded. I was surprised and pleased to discover that in addition to a "once off" option, the tree also has an automatic timer option that will have the tree on for 6 hours each day and then off for 18 hours. My only disappointment is that I was expecting longer battery life with the small LED lights. The tree takes three AA batteries. I put in three lithium AAs, thinking the tree should last until Easter. My 90 year old mother loves her decorations and wants them on about 12 hours a day. No, the tree only lasted between 50 and 60 hours before I had to change the batteries. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I have brighter LED flashlights/lamps that last longer on battery power than this one. Other than the poor battery life, I'm very happy with this as an accent decoration.

Easter Egg Tree It was convenient to use and easy to set up. My homemade Easter eggs were a bit too heavy for the branches though. I'm sure if you use plastic eggs it would be OK. Lightweight worked well. Not as tall as I thought.
