They work great but the biggest downside is that you have to charge them constantly to keep them working which defeats the purpose. My battery lasts about a week before needing to be charged so if I forget to charge it the car won't start when I need it to. I don't know why it won't charge since it doesn't have a clock or anything. I'm taking off a star though. But as long as you remember to charge it once a week it will do what it's supposed to do.

Very durable, I always have one on my ATV and snowmobile, it has never let me down. I have had one on my snowmobile for 14 months, had to use it in an emergency in mid February, it lasts a long time on a charge, highly recommend. I have one on each of my RVs and one in the glove compartment of each vehicle, a must have, small but mighty. I have four of them, they are 3 years old and still in good condition.

Like the battery terminals are red for positive and black for negative. For some people this is not the case. It is also pretty easy as long as you read the instructions. They even give you a cute little bag to put everything in. I like the orange color. It also has a very handy flashlight. Just hold the power button while the unit is on. Nice and bright. We bought this for our 4 cylinder SUV so we didn't need a big jump starter box. This one fits in our glove compartment. Includes a charging cable and a type C charging brick. Good product so far!

If you don't have a portable jump starter, you should definitely get one. Gone are the days of standing next to your car with the hood open and praying that someone will notice that you need a jump starter and you don't have any wires. Good size. The instructions are good. Even with the boost function activated, the car would not start despite a flat battery. I tried twice. The battery is fully charged.

I haven't used it to jump start my car yet, but I have used it to charge my phone. When I charge my phone, the battery is at about 25%. I'm worried it will only jump start my car once per charge. That's not good!

Thank you for the clear and concise instructions that come with this charger. I have never owned a charger before, but found them very helpful. I have used friends' chargers before and had to read through some pretty exhaustive instructions to get the basics of getting started. In fact, even the safety precautions in this manual which usually include pretty obvious information have some very helpful points, such as making sure it is charged above 75% before use, removing any metal jewelry including rings, waiting 30 seconds between start attempts, and not leaving the charger in a hot environment. I am not sure if this includes storing it in the car in the summer, as temperatures can be very high when parked. Either way, I was not aware of these precautions, but found them very helpful. Everything seems well done and all the indicators are easy to read, including the all important battery level indicator. It charges easily via a standard USB Type C connection. Because of its small size, it's easy to carry around with you, even if I have to take it out of the car and store it outside on a hot day.

I was not disappointed, it is much more solid than it appears.

The battery works fine. I removed it from the car battery and connected it to a jump starter battery to test it. I tested the battery as soon as I received it. So I don't know how long the battery will last or how many times you can jump start a car with it before it dies. At least it's cheap. It's worth having one in your car at all times.

When I bought this hookup it was only 400 amps, I used it a few times but found it very useful when I needed it so I paid the extra. This one should be around 1500 amps…great value for money.

Good product, but as stated in the description, it is definitely not suitable for large vehicles. If you have a large truck, buy a large truck.

I lost my old starter and bought this one to replace it. It is easy to use and always comes in handy when the battery needs a jump start and you are on the road or don't want to wait for roadside assistance. It has been a lifesaver on our old car on many occasions.

So far it seems to work well. My only complaint is that the cable is too short. You have to put it in your car to plug it in and it can easily fall off your belt.

These starters are awesome. This one also comes with a small flashlight and can be used as a power bank to charge some devices. The cable is difficult to connect and feels like it's going to break when you unplug it.
